1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with VialForm Peptides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that:

you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
you will comply with all applicable laws.

VialForm reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where these requirements are not satisfied.

3. Research Use Restrictions

By purchasing from VialForm Peptides you acknowledge that:

products are supplied solely for laboratory research;
products are not approved for human or veterinary use;
you are responsible for determining suitability for your intended research;
you possess the knowledge required to safely handle research materials;
you will comply with all applicable laws.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

images are for illustration only;
packaging may change;
labels may vary slightly between batches;
specifications may change without notice.

Such changes do not affect the intended identity of the product.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.

Orders become binding only after:

payment has been successfully received; and
VialForm accepts the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

A tax invoice is issued once payment has been confirmed.

7. Payments

We currently accept:

Credit and Debit Cards
Cryptocurrency

Card payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers.

VialForm does not store card details.

Cryptocurrency payments are considered complete only after blockchain confirmation.

Incorrect payment amounts may result in cancellation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched using Australia Post Express unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch times are estimates only.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

9. Authority to Leave

Customers may choose either:

Authority to Leave

Signature on Delivery (where available).

Where Authority to Leave is selected, the customer accepts responsibility for the parcel immediately upon delivery.

VialForm is not liable for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed.

10. Lost, Delayed & Missing Parcels

If tracking confirms delivery:

VialForm considers the order fulfilled.

Where Authority to Leave was selected, no replacement, refund or store credit will be provided for parcels reported as stolen or missing after delivery confirmation.

Where Signature on Delivery was selected, VialForm will cooperate with Australia Post to investigate carrier errors where appropriate.

Customers must notify us within 14 days if a parcel appears lost during transit.

Fraudulent claims may result in permanent account restrictions.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Research Materials

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials:

all sales are considered final;
returns are not accepted;
exchanges are not offered;
change-of-mind refunds are not available.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or have been dispatched.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, VialForm accepts no responsibility for delivery failures.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be recalled.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs.

Any remedy will be assessed individually.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued at VialForm's discretion.

Store credit:

cannot be redeemed for cash;
cannot be transferred;
expires 12 months after issue unless otherwise required by law.

13. Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close customer accounts for reasons including:

fraudulent activity;
chargebacks;
abusive behaviour;
misuse of products;
false information;
repeated failed payments;
fraudulent parcel claims.

14. Website Use

Users must not:

interfere with website security;
attempt unauthorised access;
copy website content;
use automated scraping tools;
upload malicious software;
impersonate another person.

We may block IP addresses or terminate accounts for misuse.

15. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website—including:

logos;
branding;
photographs;
product descriptions;
certificates;
graphics;
code;
documents—

remains the intellectual property of VialForm Peptides.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VialForm Peptides shall not be liable for:

indirect losses;
consequential losses;
loss of profits;
loss of research;
interruption of business;
misuse of products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

17. Disclaimer

Products are supplied "as is".

VialForm makes no warranties regarding:

research outcomes;
suitability;
compatibility;
merchantability;
fitness for a particular purpose.

Researchers assume full responsibility for storage, handling and use.

18. Force Majeure

VialForm shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

natural disasters;
pandemics;
postal delays;
customs delays;
government action;
cyber incidents;
power failures;
supplier shortages.

19. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you consent to the collection and handling of personal information as described in that policy.

20. Changes to these Terms
